Three As your agent we can arrange meetings
between the two parties, unless of course you wish to do it yourself.
Four Once you have agreed a final price, you will
need to pay a deposit to confirm your intention to buy, usually around 3-5% of the purchase price. A contract is
written and both sides will sign to agree the price and a date to transfer ownership.
Five To legally change title deeds has to be done
through the Land Registration office in Udon, with both the buyer and seller present. We will of course be there to
make sure everything goes smoothly.
